4 myths about coffee

Keeping its facts aside, today I am gonna list 4 myths about coffee:

   1. Coffee will sober you out:

This is the biggest myth that exits about coffee. In a research conducted by researchers from temple university; they found out that coffee had no effect on metabolizing alcohol faster. However, people believe that it sobers because it contains caffeine on it which is stimulant and makes us think that we are conscious and sober.

   2. Coffee dehydrates you:

Generally, after drinking coffee we might have a diuretic effect( a substance that causes our body to produce urine) so there is a myth that coffee dehydrates you. Several types of research were done at several time.According to a 2016 investigation conducted by the University of Washington's Center for Public Health Nutrition, coffee remains the most significant source of caffeine in American diets. Though it doesn't cause dehydration, the stimulant has its share of purported side effects.

  3. The Coffee bean is a bean:

Actually, the coffee bean is not a bean rather a seed. The coffee bean is actually the seed of the coffee plant, the pit inside of the coffee fruit.

  4. Coffee will help you lose weight:

In several tips about losing weight; drinking coffee is also listed. However, it doesn't help you lose your weight. Drinking few cups of coffee may squelch your appetite and make you sleeplessness and increases heart beat and b.p. but in no ways, it loses your weight.

Lastly, Love Coffee? Make sure coffee loves you too. So it is better not to drink more than two cups of coffee a day. Stay Healthy and safe!!!!

Starting A Blog

"The purpose of Living is to live forever"- Google's AI Bot    A week ago, I was surfing the internet and while I was doing so I happen to search my name in google. There were some Facebook profiles, some Twitter and LinkedIn profiles and I went up to third page then only my facebook & twitter profile appeared. Then I realized that I should have something that makes me exist over the internet. After that, I thought of blogging ( I had many friends who were doing good at it). Then I started thinking of making a blog and within an hour I made it.          At first, I thought of making a blog about Every Top 10; and as my first blog, I wrote -"Hello friends! This is my first blog." Being excited I opened my blog (site) in my next browser and realized that it seemed like my first tweet or facebook status. So I deleted it within a minute. Then I realized that 2016 is going to end soon and people will search out for top 10 apps. So I ...

Two sides of Same coin

" Madness and Greatness are two sides of a same coin." - George R. R. Martin           Once one of my best friend invited me to watch a cricket match at his house. Though, I didn't have much interest on it and didn't know much about it; I went just to accompany him. After the sometime match was live on TV. Before the actual match started, there was tossing done by an umpire to choose to bat or blowing for two teams. In tossing, one team lost tossing and my friend told that that team will surely lose today( only reason of losing is tossing). I didn't believe him. Coincidence or matter of probability; Eventually he was right (that team lost the game). That moment really made me think that it was only coincidence or more than that. That led me to think much more about coin and its meanings in our real life.            There are several interpretations about two sides of a coin. Some say that love and hate are two sides o...
